General Remarks:
Condition 1 - If DPST Slop tank is Full / partially full-on arrival (to receive FPSO line flushing), then we will follow below steps after completion of leak test: a. FPSO will send 95 m3 of initial Line Displacement (AFT Station) or 215 m3 of initial Line Displacement (FWD Station) - To be received in Non-Loading Slop Tank. b. Offloading operation. c. FPSO will send 150 m3 of Line flushing water to DPST. d. No Backflush operation e. Hose disconnection and Unmooring. Condition 2 - If DPST Slop tanks are Empty on arrival (to receive FPSO line flushing & Line Displacement), then we will follow below steps after completion of leak test. a. FPSO will send 150 m3 of Line flushing water to DPST to be received in first empty Slop tank. b. FPSO will send 95 m3 of initial Line Displacement (AFT Station) or 215 m3 of initial Line Displacement (FWD Station) - To be received in Non-Loading Slop Tank. c. Offload operation. d. DPST to send back the line displacement followed by 150 m3 of backflushing water. e. Hose disconnection and Unmooring.
